
I know that I’m rather late on this on this piece of news because the law changed back in January (2022), but as they say, better late than never! If you’ve found a supplier that you can recommend then please make sure that you add a comment. Prices do seem to vary quite a lot on smoke alarms and delivery can still take rather a long time. The Scottish Fire and Rescue service have put out a sensible leaflet that I have included below.

I got mine from Linked up alarms ltd. £120 for a set of four. Any handy diy person can fit them.
